Summary
Location: Brockley / Telegraph Hill, South East London (SE4)
Salary: £28,250.30 per annum | ~£14.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Year-round)
Hours: 38.75 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Rotating shifts between 7:45 AM and 6:15 PM)

About the Role:
You will be working with children aged 2 to 5 years old, caring for a group of children within a highly supportive, collaborative team. Your focus will be creating a nurturing space, leading fun activities, and helping children develop at their own pace.Key
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead engaging, child-led activities that spark imagination and curiosity.
Act as a supportive practitioner within the 2-5 age room, ensuring safety and fun.
Observe and track children's developmental milestones under the EYFS framework.
Build positive, welcoming relationships with parents and team members.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification is preferred (Level 2 candidates with strong, proven UK experience will be considered).
Experience: At least 1 year of experience working confidently in a UK nursery setting.
Core Attributes: Nurturing, enthusiastic, and passionate about child-led, play-based learning.
Vetting: Must hold an Enhanced DBS check.
