Your Role:

Role model and promote the setting’s unique philosophy and ethos.

Guide children by encouraging child-led, play-based learning.

Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and EYFS compliance.

Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of dedicated Early Years practitioners.

Bring energy, creativity, and fresh ideas to the daily routine.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualification: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (Essential).

Experience: Previous experience as a Room Leader, Third-in-Charge, or Deputy Manager in a UK setting.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS statutory framework.

Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and basic IT skills.

Training: Valid Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene certificates are highly desirable (training can be supported). A management qualification is a plus.
