Summary

Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour | £29,120 - £33,280 per annum (Dependent on experience)

About the Role & Room:
You will be based exclusively in a cozy, intimate baby room. The room caters to a maximum of 6 children at any time with an excellent 1:3 staff-to-child ratio, allowing you to provide high-quality, focused care without feeling overwhelmed.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a key person, keeping regular observations and EYFS developmental profiles updated.
Assist with planning stimulating, age-appropriate play experiences.
Maintain daily routines including changing nappies, supporting potty training, and setting up nap beds.
Build warm, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and family members.
Maintain high standards of food safety, health and safety, and nursery hygiene.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications: Must hold a valid Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification
or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience confidently working with children under the age of 2 in a UK nursery setting.
Core Qualities: A warm, patient, and caring personality with a strong eagerness to learn.
Vetting: An Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS check is strictly required before starting.
