£14.75–£15.25 per hour (paid travel time included between client visits)

Completely Care is recruiting experienced Agency Domiciliary Care Workers to support adults in their own homes across Tonypandy and the surrounding Rhondda communities.

We have opportunities for walkers and passengers, making this an ideal role if you don’t drive but have previous care experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver person-centred care and support in clients’ own homes.

Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and other daily living activities.

Support clients with meal preparation, mobility, and moving and handling, including the use of hoists where required.

Administer medication where trained and authorised.

Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

Maintain accurate care records and follow individual care plans.

Travel between client visits on foot or as a passenger, depending on your allocated route.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 6 months’ UK care or support experience.

Experience with moving and handling and the use of hoists.

A caring, dependable, and compassionate approach.

Flexibility to work a range of agency shifts.

Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

Social Care Wales (SCW) registration, where applicable.
