£14.75–£15.25 per hour + 55p per mile (including paid travel time between client visits)

Looking for a rewarding care role where your travel time is paid?

Completely Care is recruiting experienced agency Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality support to adults living in Blaencwm and the surrounding Rhondda communities.

Drivers are essential for this role, as you will travel between clients’ homes throughout your shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering high-quality personal care and support in clients’ own homes.

Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and other daily living activities.

Supporting clients with mobility and moving and handling, including the safe use of hoists and specialist equipment where required.

Administering medication where trained and authorised.

Providing companionship and emotional support while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Accurately completing care records and following individual care plans.

Travelling between client visits using your own vehicle.

What We’re Looking For

At least 6 months’ UK care or support work experience.

Previous experience within domiciliary care, residential care, nursing homes, supported living, or community care.

Knowledge of moving and handling procedures and the use of hoists.

A caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

Full UK driving licence.

Access to your own vehicle.

Valid business insurance (essential).

Social Care Wales (SCW) registration, where applicable.
