Quantity Surveyor
We have a position available for a surveyor to join our Commercial Team based in Caterham, Surrey.
What you’ll be doing:
You will manage the cost management of Company developments, ensuring the Company achieves value for money and provide regular updates on the commercial and financial performance of each site.
Skills & knowledge you’ll bring:
General construction or surveying degree
Approximately 3 years+ relevant work experience
Excellent IT skills (good working knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets)
Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of financial administration
Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
