Summary

Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Stafford.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering stable day shifts and long-term work within a busy production environment.

The Role

As a Machine Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Machine minding/ machine operating

Carrying out basic assembly duties

Assisting with stock control and inventory management

Supporting general production tasks

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Following all health & safety procedures at all times

The Candidate

Have experience in machine/ production/ manufacturing work

Have previous factory or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)

Are reliable and punctual

Can work efficiently as part of a team

Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
