Summary
Are you a Paediatric OT with a specific interest in helping children and young people with Sensory Processing difficulties?
My name is Mat, and I'm the Service Manager for the Paediatric Therapies Service in Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP). I would love to tell you about a fantastic opportunity that has become available for a specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist to come and join us in Sensory OT Service within the Cheshire East locality.
Within this element of the service, we will look to continue to offer a tiered - Universal, Targeted and Specialist, approach. This will likely include the delivery of Universal Training and development of resources, completion of targeted workshops based around sensory topics, and specialist clinic / school / home sessions for those children and young people who require this level of intervention.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Paediatric Therapy teams in CCICP, as well as other members of the MDT. You will have extensive support from an experienced team leader, and excellent peer support from our current OTs who have developed our current Sensory offer in Cheshire East & West. Training opportunities and CPD are very much encouraged also, and you will very much be front and centre at helping to roll out Expert at Hands guidance!
If you have any questions at all, or would like to have a chat about the role, please do not hesitate to contact me!
