Summary
Barr Personnel have a vacancy for a Class 2 Driver, based with our client who are a family-run transport firm based in Woolpit, Suffolk. They are currently looking for a reliable and skilled Class 2 Driver to join their friendly well established team.
Location: Suffolk IP14
Routes: Delivering to construction sites across East Anglian, London, the Midlands and surrounding areas.
The Runs: A mix of trunking and multi-drop. You will handle 8 to 12 drops per day, though it can often be less.
Hours: Monday to Friday
Start Times: Typically between 6am/7am
Finish Times: Around 5pm
Overtime: Optional weekend work paid as hourly overtime
Pay: £800 a week (PAYE) plus holiday pay and pension contributions (equivalent to £41,000 per year)

Trucks are well maintained, reliable flatbed rigid. Load security uses ratchets and straps (full training is provided if you need a refresher)
