Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual service users.

Liaise with healthcare professionals including GPs, physiotherapists, hospitals, and social workers.

Ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and regulatory standards.

Act as Named Nurse for designated service users.

Develop, implement, and review care plans.

Administer medication and maintain accurate medication records.

Carry out clinical procedures and provide direct nursing care.

Support the admission process for new service users.

Supervise and lead nursing staff to maintain high clinical standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

Promote a positive and supportive environment for service users and staff.

Requirements

Registered Nurse qualification (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disability).

Minimum of two years’ nursing experience.

Valid professional registration.

Strong understanding of nursing care principles and clinical procedures.

Experience working with elderly individuals, dementia, brain injuries, mental health, or learning disabilities (desirable).

Ability to lead and work within a multidisciplinary team.

CPR or relevant nursing certifications (desirable).

Good physical health to meet the demands of the role.

Enhanced DBS clearance.

Right to work in the UK.
