Early Years Teaching Assistant – Hammersmith

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith is looking for a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join its dedicated team from September. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant Early Years setting where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you'll support the class teacher in delivering creative, play-based learning activities that promote children's communication, language, literacy, numeracy, and social development. You'll work with the whole class, as well as providing 1:1 and small group support to help every child flourish.

The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will have experience working within an EYFS setting and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young children. The school is looking for someone who is patient, energetic, and able to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
