Are you a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant looking to help young children thrive during the most important stage of their education?

A welcoming setting in Earl's Court is looking to appoint a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from August. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children as they develop the confidence, curiosity, and key skills needed for a successful start to school.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will create a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment. You'll support children through play-based activities, assist with phonics and early numeracy, and provide 1:1 and small group support to help every child reach their full potential.

You'll become part of a dedicated Early Years team that works collaboratively to deliver high-quality learning experiences while ensuring children feel happy, safe, and confident every day.

The ideal Early Years Teaching Assistant will have previous experience working within an EYFS setting and be passionate about supporting young learners. You'll be patient, proactive, and enjoy building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
