Summary

Are you an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable bodyshop? Our client, a well-established and busy workshop in Ilkeston, is looking to recruit a dedicated Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their professional team.

Duties as a Vehicle Damage Assessor:

- Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately assess repair needs

- Produce detailed repair estimates using industry-standard systems

- Identify appropriate repair methods in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

- Liaise with insurers to obtain repair authorisation

- Communicate repair plans effectively with technicians and workshop staff

- Maintain accurate documentation and job records throughout the repair process

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator

- ATA or IMI qualification is preferred

- Audatex experience is desirable

- Strong knowledge of bodyshop repair methods and processes

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Full UK driving licence
