Duties of a Panel Beater:

- Carry out high-quality panel repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards

- Remove, repair, and replace damaged vehicle panels

- Assess vehicle damage accurately to determine appropriate repair methods

- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

- Maintain detailed repair records and documentation as a Panel Beater

- Collaborate with colleagues to optimise workshop productivity and quality

- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment, adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements of a Panel Beater:

- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within a bodyshop environment

- Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and manufacturer repair procedures

- ATA accreditation or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential

- High attention to detail and pride in delivering first-class repairs

- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment

- Full UK driving licence
