Our client, a reputable independent garage in Warwickshire, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team.

The Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality servicing and repairs across a diverse range of vehicles. Duties as a Vehicle Technician:

- Carry out routine servicing and comprehensive repairs on various vehicle makes and models

- Perform complex mechanical work, including repairs on brakes, timing belts, gaskets, gearboxes, and clutches

- Conduct accurate diagnosis and efficiently repair mechanical faults

- Maintain high standards of workshop cleanliness and safety

- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and meets customer expectations

- Collaborate effectively with team members to manage workflow and deadlines

Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or a recognised equivalent qualification

- Proven experience in handling complex mechanical repairs

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

- Full UK driving licence

- Consistent work history demonstrating reliability and professionalism

- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive approach to work
