Summary

Our Client is looking to recruit a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their well-established independent MOT and Service Centre in Warwick.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Vehicle Technicians who want to work in a modern, fully equipped workshop on a diverse range of vehicles. The Vehicle Technician role offers long-term stability, a competitive salary, and a supportive team environment.

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Carry out comprehensive vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance in line with industry standards

- Perform diagnostics, fault-finding, and troubleshooting on both mechanical and electrical systems

- Complete repairs such as brakes, suspension, clutch replacements, timing belts, gearboxes, and more

- Utilise diagnostic tools to identify and rectify electronic and computer-controlled issues

- Conduct tyre fitting and wheel alignment when required

- Accurately complete service records and documentation, adhering to GDPR compliance

- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or extensive proven experience

- Strong mechanical knowledge across a wide range of vehicle makes and models

- Ability to work independently to consistently high standards

- Confident in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment

- Full UK driving licence is essential; MOT licence is advantageous but not mandatory

- Hybrid or electric vehicle qualifications are desirable but not required
