Summary

We are recruiting for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, an established and reputable independent workshop located in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Vehicle Technician seeking a role with excellent work-life balance and career progression prospects.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards

- Prepare and deliver customer vehicles with attention to detail and quality

- Work on a variety of luxury, prestige, and high-performance vehicles

- Keep up to date with the latest vehicle systems and repair techniques

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and vehicle care

- Work effectively within a professional team to meet workshop targets

Requirements:

- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, especially working with prestige or high-performance vehicles

- Strong diagnostic and repair skills

- Demonstrated passion for automotive excellence and pride in work quality

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Positive attitude and professional approach
