Summary

HR Policy Consultant needed in Dudley

This is a temporary role and the rate is £350 per day

The reference number is: 135026

The successful candidate will lead a full refresh of HR policies and procedures, collaborating closely with the existing HR team to co‑develop clear, modernised documentation. They will ensure all updated policies are fully compatible with the organisation’s digital Co‑Pilot environment, enabling accessible and intuitive guidance for staff. A key part of the role will be enhancing the manager experience across performance, absence, appraisal and objective‑setting processes, creating smoother, more consistent and supportive workflows.
