Average 40 hours a week contracts, Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holiday).
Shift times: 08:00am - 16.00 (opportunity for overtime weekends)
Hourly rate: £14.80 per hour (breaks are paid)

About the Role
Delivering excellent customer service
Role Requirements for Reception, Escorting, and Patrolling on a floor.
Customer Service:
- Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.
- Address and resolve any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
- Provide assistance and support to individuals.
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction for all visitors and staff.
General Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage visitor sign-in
- Provide information and assistance to visitors.
Escorting Duties:
- Escort visitors to their destination within the building.
- Ensure the safety and security of individuals being escorted.
- Provide clear and accurate directions to visitors.
Patrolling Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the floor to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
To ensure all duties completed in full to a high standard as directed by your supervisor and management team.
To fully and satisfactorily complete all of the tasks and duties on site as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Risk Assessments (RA's), Memos and Toolbox talks.
To be compliant with Industry and Statutory Legislation (you are required to obtain a front-line licence in either Security Guarding or Door Supervision), which must be worn at all times whilst performing your duties.
If performing duties within any of the control rooms a CCTV PSS SIA Licence is required.
Attending further training /courses as directed.
Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements of the role.
