The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Full-Time Night Shift Picker / Packers

Location: Scunthorpe

Hours: 22:00 - 06:00 (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Picker / Packers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Scunthorpe. This is a permanent, hands-on night shift role, ideal for candidates looking for stable, full-time employment.

Roles & Duties

Accurately picking stock using pick lists or hand-held scanners

Packing products securely and efficiently for dispatch

Meeting productivity and accuracy targets

Checking goods for quality, damage, or discrepancies

Labelling, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse

Following all health & safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)

Reliability and commitment to full-time night shifts (22:00-06:00)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to carry out manual handling tasks

A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
