Summary

General Operative - Automotive Parts Warehouse

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join an automotive parts warehouse based on Foxhills Industrial Estate, Scunthorpe.

Location: Foxhills Industrial Estate, Scunthorpe

Hours: Rotating 3-shift pattern

Pay Rate: £13.41 per hour

⏱ Overtime Rate: £20.12 per hour (time and a half after 37.5 hours)

Are you hands-on, reliable, and looking for a fast-paced role in the automotive industry? Join our warehouse team and help keep the supply chain moving for essential car parts!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching automotive components

  • Loading and unloading deliveries

  • Stock control and inventory checks

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

  • Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems

Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00

  • Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

  • Week 3: 22:00 - 06:00

✅ Applicants must be able to work all three shifts on rotation.

✅ What We're Looking For:

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Good attention to detail and ability to work to targets

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items

  • A team player with a positive attitude
