Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team. In this role, you will lead shifts, manage care plans, and ensure our residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading clinical shifts and supervising the care assistant team.
Administering, recording, and managing medications safely in line with NMC guidelines.
Creating, reviewing, and updating detailed, individualized care plans.
Monitoring residents’ health conditions and liaising with GPs and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks and care standards.
