We are seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager to join our team at our NW2 location. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children while promoting their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Promoting high-quality care through positive role modelling, implementing effective assessment and planning processes, and continuous reflective practice.
Supporting the Nursery Manager in day-to-day operations, overall management, and stepping in as Acting Manager in their absence.
Leading, motivating, and supporting the nursery team to foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, and Safeguarding regulations by implementing and upholding nursery policies.
Supporting the professional development of practitioners through regular training, mentoring, supervisions, and appraisals.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with parents and carers.
Assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, staffing rotas, and supporting rooms to adhere to statutory ratio requirements.
