Summary
We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Nursery Deputy Manager to join a friendly and well-established nursery in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Room Leader, Third in Charge, or Deputy Manager looking to progress their career in a supportive and professional Early Years setting.
As a Nursery Deputy Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Ofsted requirements. You will lead and motivate staff, support children's learning and development, oversee safeguarding, monitor quality standards, maintain accurate records, and build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
