Picking Operatives Wanted
£12.74 per hour
06:00 – 16:00 Shift
We are currently recruiting for Picking Operatives to join a busy production and operations team in the BS10 area.
The Role:
Working on a production and operations line, you will be based at a picking station, sorting and picking through metal materials to support the manufacturing process.
To keep the work varied and engaging, operatives rotate workstations every 30 minutes, ensuring you're not standing in the same position all day.
Key Duties:
Picking and sorting metal materials
Supporting the production and operations process
Maintaining quality standards
Following health and safety procedures
Working effectively as part of a team
