Responsibilities
• Fabricate sheet metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Perform TIG welding and other welding techniques suitable for sheet metal work to ensure durable and high-quality joints.
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components accurately using appropriate fabrication methods.
• Operate various machinery and tools safely, including hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise fabrication.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in the installation of fabricated components on-site or within the workshop as required.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet company standards and client specifications.
