Duties of a Business Manager:

- Lead and manage the finance and insurance function within the dealership

- Support sales team to maximise revenue from finance and insurance products

- Drive sales performance and ensure high penetration levels of finance and insurance products

- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to improve profitability and customer retention

- Ensure full FCA compliance and adherence to all sales and operational standards

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the buying process

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high standards of organisation within the department

- Collaborate with the management team to drive overall business performance

Requirements of a Business Manager:

- Proven experience as a Business Manager or Insurance (F&I) Manager within automotive retail

- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, FCA regulations, and compliance

- Experience managing end-to-end vehicle sales processes

- Track record of achieving finance, insurance, and profit targets

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

- Customer-focused attitude with a professional and enthusiastic approach

- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively

- Valid UK driving licence
