Summary

Lincolnshire County Council’s Technical Services Partnership (TSP) provides technical and specialist highway engineering expertise and design services.

We are seeking an Engineer or Senior Engineer to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design and delivery of major infrastructure projects across the county.

About the role

In this role, you will work as part of a specialist highways team delivering a varied and technically challenging workload across Lincolnshire. You will be responsible for:

Providing leadership and technical oversight in shaping and influencing highway designs, with a focus on active travel schemes and network safety and capacity improvements

Mentoring and supporting the team delivering and supervising new highway infrastructure schemes across the county

Identifying, developing, and delivering targeted training to build team capability and promote best practice

Driving continuous improvements to internal processes, procedures, and technical guidance to enhance service delivery

Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients across Lincolnshire County Council and other key stakeholders
