The Role:
Are you highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy making a real difference behind the scenes? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking to recruit a part time Conference and Panel Co-ordinator to join our friendly, experienced, and well-established team within Children’s Social Care.
This is a rewarding and varied role where you will play a key part in supporting important decision-making processes that help safeguard and improve outcomes for children and young people. You will provide professional co-ordination and minute-taking support for Child Protection Conferences and a range of multi-agency panels, including Fostering Panel, High Needs Panel, Channel Panel, and other service-critical meetings. No two days are the same, and you will work closely with a wide range of professionals, ensuring meetings are organised efficiently, records are accurate, and outcomes are communicated effectively.
