Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and organised Senior Admissions Support Worker to join our welcoming Admissions Team. As the first point of contact for individuals accessing our residential rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in creating a positive, safe and supportive experience from the very beginning of their recovery journey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with assessment experience, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for leading and developing others

Salary: £29,000 - £30,500 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (with flexibility to work outside normal hours when required)

Pension: Auto-enrolment pension with 6% employer contribution

Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire

What will you do?

Complete client risk and needs assessments

Support clients through the admissions process

Build positive relationships with referrers and partners

Support families and signpost to relevant services

Assist with the day-to-day running of the Admissions Team

Line manage and support new team members

Maintain accurate records, data and reports

Promote trauma-informed and person-centered practice
