Summary

Automotive Paint Sprayer

Oldbury

Monday – Thursday | 2:00 PM – 12:00 Noon

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our team in Oldbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work a permanent afternoon shift with a long weekend every week.

Key Responsibilities

Mix paint in accordance with specified mixing ratios.

Apply paint coatings to the correct thicknesses as outlined in process documentation.

Ensure painted finishes meet customer quality standards and internal specifications.

Achieve daily production output targets.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Support the wider team in meeting production and quality objectives.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to read, interpret, and follow process documentation.

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday

2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
