Sales Executive Vacancy

Location: Bushey

Salary: £22,500 Basic + Uncapped Bonus OTE £65,000+

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, Day off in the week, No Sundays!

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join a busy and successful main dealership in Bushey. This role is ideal for someone with automotive sales experience or a strong background in high-value sales who is driven to exceed targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Sales Executive Role

- Guide customers through the complete vehicle buying journey from enquiry to handover

- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable vehicles and products

- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction

- Promote finance, insurance and value-added products where appropriate

- Manage enquiries from showroom, telephone and online channels

- Ensure accurate administration and compliance throughout the sales process

Sales Executive Requirements

- Previous automotive sales experience or experience in a high-value sales environment

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong negotiation and closing ability

- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

- Professional, organised and enthusiastic attitude

- Full UK Driving Licence
