Parts Advisor

Location: Staples Corner

Salary: £32,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £40,000)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm | Saturdays 1 in 3 Rota

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a premium automotive dealership in Staples Corner. The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting both the workshop and customers by supplying the correct parts quickly and accurately while delivering outstanding service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Advising customers on parts availability and identifying the correct components.

- Processing retail, trade and workshop parts orders accurately.

- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone enquiries.

- Building relationships with trade customers and promoting parts offers and manufacturer campaigns.

- Receiving, checking and allocating incoming stock.

- Maintaining accurate stock and customer records using dealer management systems.

- Working closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure parts are supplied efficiently.

- Delivering excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities.

- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and following manufacturer processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Parts Advisor.

- Main dealer experience would be advantageous, although experienced independent Parts Advisors will also be considered.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

- A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- Good IT skills and experience using dealer management systems.

- A full, clean UK driving licence.
