Summary
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to elderly residents within our care home. You will assist residents with their daily living activities, promoting their dignity, independence, comfort and wellbeing at all times.
The role includes supporting residents with personal care, assisting with meals and nutrition, monitoring and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing, maintaining accurate care records, and encouraging participation in social and recreational activities. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver individual care plans, while helping to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents. You will be expected to provide compassionate, respectful care and contribute positively to the wellbeing and quality of life of those living in our home.
