Jasmyn Care Ltd is recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants on behalf of a local authority care service supporting older adults in a residential care home.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
Supporting residents with daily living activities.
Assisting with meals and nutritional support.
Providing emotional support and companionship.
Encouraging independence wherever possible.
Maintaining accurate care records.
Reporting any concerns, accidents or incidents.
Working closely with senior staff and the wider care team.
Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and health & safety policies.
