Job Summary
ANCI Group Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Burger King Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Burger King restaurant located within Morrisons Coalville Petrol Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the restaurant team, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, achieving sales targets and ensuring efficient operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the Burger King restaurant.
* Recruit, train, supervise and motivate restaurant team members.
* Ensure excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints.
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
* Oversee stock ordering, inventory control and minimise product waste.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company operating standards.
* Prepare staff rotas and manage employee attendance and performance.
* Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial records.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality and restaurant presentation.
* Work with senior management to achieve operational and business objectives.

Qualifications
* A Level 3 qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related discipline is desirable.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics are preferred.
* A Level 3 Food Safety qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
* Relevant management or hospitality training will be beneficial.
