Summary

West Lynn Primary School are seeking to appoint a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their friendly team. If you would like to join a school that creates an environment where pupils are enthused to learn and respect the world around them, then this is the job for you.

You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, high expectations and a real commitment to supporting the children as they enjoy learning a bespoke knowledge rich curriculum.

You must be able to help keep pupils engaged and on track during each lesson and you will have strong behavioural management skills.

Start Date: Sept 2026

Hours: 28 hrs per week, 39 weeks per year (term time +1)

Salary: Scale C, point 5, £13.26/hour

Temporary Contract to 31 August 2027
