Summary

Springwood High School have an exciting opportunity for a Cover Supervisor. The successful candidate would join a dedicated and ambitious support team.

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Scale E, Point 8 – 11, £13.90 - £14.58/hour - Approx. £19,244 - £20,190

(£26,824 - £28,142 FTE based on a 37 hour week)

Please note that salary will be pro-rata

Hours: 31 hrs/week, 39 weeks/year (term time + 1 week)

Purpose of the Job

Provide high quality supervision of classes across the curriculum in the absence of the teacher, ensuring that pupils are engaged in pre-set work providing assistance as appropriate, managing pupil behaviour and ensuring a safe environment.
