We are seeking a Facilities Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of integrated facilities management services within a leased office space.​

This role will act as the on-site lead, ensuring a high-quality, professional workplace environment across two floors within a shared, multi-tenanted building.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual with strong stakeholder management experience, capable of driving service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while building effective relationships with client stakeholders, service partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the efficient delivery of integrated FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, waste, catering/vending, reception, and helpdesk coordination

Manage service delivery within a multi-tenanted building, ensuring effective collaboration with landlord representatives and occupiers

Monitor and drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual standards to ensure continuous improvement

Act as the on-site lead for stakeholders, building strong and visible relationships

Ensure all customer requests, feedback, and complaints are logged, managed, and resolved in a timely manner

Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies, promoting a strong safety culture

Lead, manage, and develop on-site teams and service partners, including recruitment, performance management, and engagement

Manage site budgets, control costs, identify efficiencies, and support financial reporting and account performance

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Background in Soft Services, Front of House (FOH), or workplace environments

Energetic and proactive approach, with a strong willingness to take initiative

Comfortable working in customer-facing roles and building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

Confident delivering high levels of customer service in fast-paced, people-focused environments

Professional, approachable, and committed to creating a positive customer experience

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
