We are now seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to take on a pivotal new role as Strategic Director of English and Maths Transformation someone who will drive bold, creative, and impactful change across our organisation and help us deliver outstanding outcomes for every learner.

You will lead a Partnership-wide step change in how English and maths are experienced, taught, and valued. Working across multiple campuses, you will inspire teams, challenge thinking, and bring fresh, innovative approaches that re-engage learners and raise aspirations.

What you will do

· Lead strategic transformation across English and maths provision, driving significant improvement in achievement, progress, and engagement

· Inspire and influence Campus Principals, curriculum leaders, and teaching teams to deliver consistently excellent practice

· Champion innovation, developing creative and engaging approaches that motivate learners and break down barriers to success

· Work at the heart of our organisation, collaborating with Teaching & Learning and Quality teams to embed excellence at scale

· Use data powerfully to identify priorities, measure impact, and ensure accountability

· Build a strong, connected community of practice across all campuses

· Elevate the status of English and maths so that every learner sees their value and every colleague owns their impact

You will be a credible and inspiring senior leader with:

· A proven track record of improving English and/or maths outcomes at scale

· The ability to lead change across complex organisations

· A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within post-16 English and maths

· A passion for innovation, creativity, and doing things differently

· Exceptional communication, influence, and leadership skills

· Relentless focus on student success, equity, and life chances
