WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Providing exceptional customer support while managing front of house reception operations. Your role includes supporting

conference hires, guiding customers to the right services, and handling queries from internal and external organisations.

As part of our reception team, you will help achieve Western Gateway's key priorities through sales support, accurate record

keeping, and precise data entry.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Outstanding organisation skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Experience in sales

* Strong record keeping and data entry skills

* Availability across 7 days due to a flexible rota
