Procurement Assistant needed in Esher Paying £22.67 per hr ref OR108801

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Provide procurement support across multiple service areas.
Assist with procurement exercises for commonly purchased goods, services, and works.
Support the delivery of procurement activities in compliance with the Procurement Regulations and the Procurement Act 2023.
Manage and maintain information within the e-tendering portal and contract management systems.
Assist in maintaining the Contracts Register and ensuring procurement transparency obligations are met.
Publish procurement notices and update procurement records as required.
Draft and issue compliant award, rejection, and outcome letters.
Support the development and maintenance of procurement procedures, guidance notes, templates, and best practice documentation.
Assist with supplier communications and procurement administration.
Monitor procurement activity and maintain accurate records and audit trails.
Stay informed of changes in procurement legislation, regulations, and technology.
Support the Procurement Business Partner and wider team with ad hoc procurement projects.
