Procurement & Contracts Manager needed in Kingston Paying £38.09 per hr ref 1755610

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Manage and oversee contractual arrangements with service providers and contractors.
Lead procurement exercises in accordance with public sector procurement regulations and council procedures.
Monitor contractor performance, service delivery, KPIs, and contractual compliance.
Provide commercial and contractual advice to stakeholders across the organisation.
Review and challenge service charge costs to ensure accuracy, transparency, and value for money.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure contract documentation, governance, and reporting requirements are maintained.
Support the mobilisation, variation, extension, and renewal of contracts where required.
