Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at an established Italian restaurant in Bray.
We are looking for a passionate and reliable chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and takes pride in producing consistently excellent food.
The role:
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
- Take responsibility for your section
- Maintain excellent food-safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock control, preparation and service
- Support junior members of the kitchen team
- Work closely with the senior chefs during busy services
