Paragon Education is looking for an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in Tyseley from September 2026. This long-term supply position offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of pupils with additional needs.
The Role
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with SEND.
Support children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs.
Work towards EHCP outcomes through personalised teaching strategies.
Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
Maintain a structured and nurturing learning environment.
Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress.
