Paragon Education is currently recruiting a passionate SEN Teacher for a well-resourced and inclusive specialist school in Edgbaston. This is a full-time, long-term supply role beginning in September 2026.

The Role

Deliver creative and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils with SEND.

Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and complex needs.

Implement personalised learning plans and contribute to EHCP reviews.

Promote independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.

Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents.

Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
