Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor role on behalf of our client based in Colindale. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking career development within a reputable automotive dealership. The successful individual will join a well-established team committed to delivering high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Benefits:

- Competitive basic salary of up to £31,000 per annum

- OTE approximately £40,000 including bonuses and commissions

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with one in four Saturday mornings

Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Greeting customers and establishing their vehicle servicing needs

- Advising customers on service and repair work required

- Writing detailed cost estimates and explaining work carried out

- Liaising with workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow

- Managing customer follow-up and providing excellent customer service

- Accurately updating and maintaining service records

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Professional and friendly approach to customer care
