Summary

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable dealership in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional Parts Advisor seeking to advance their career within the motor trade.

- Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties:

- Assisting customers with parts enquiries and sales via face-to-face interactions and over the phone

- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently

- Managing stock levels and maintaining the parts department

- Liaising with internal departments to ensure parts availability and timely delivery

- Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times

- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in line with company procedures

Requirements for the Parts Advisor Position:

- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade is essential

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems

- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively

- A professional attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
