Summary
Freelance Site Manager – Sutton Coldfield £290 per day | Holiday Cover | 7th August – 17th August
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a school refurbishment and re-roofing project in Sutton Coldfield.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who can confidently take control of a live site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
The Role:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Overseeing refurbishment and roofing works
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme deadlines are met
- Maintaining high health & safety standards
- Liaising with the project team and client where required
- Minimum 2 years' experience on school refurbishment projects
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work
- Enhanced DBS
- £290 per day
- Holiday cover from 7th August – 17th August
- Opportunity to work on a well-managed education refurbishment project
