Are you an experienced Housing Officer looking for your next opportunity in Bristol? We are currently recruiting for a 2-month temporary contract with an immediate start, offering £14.83 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting tenancy visits and property inspections
- Investigating and resolving tenancy-related issues
- Dealing with anti-social behaviour cases
- Working closely with residents, contractors, and partner agencies
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Housing Officer or within housing management or similar
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently
- A DBS registered on the Update Service is essential due to the immediate start date
